2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS Amplify Hosting and Amazon CloudFront). When you access the site, AWS automatically collects and stores information that your browser transmits in server log files: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, and the date and time of access. This data is processed to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website, based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data may be transferred to the USA; such transfers are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
3. Contact by email
If you contact me by email using the addresses provided on this site, the information you send will be processed solely to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract). This data is deleted once it is no longer required, provided no statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website uses no cookies and no analytics, tracking, or advertising tools.
5. Web fonts (Google Fonts)
This site uses fonts provided by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser retrieves the fonts from Google's servers, which requires transmitting your IP address to Google (Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC, USA). The competent authority for the controller is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Ansbach.
